   Iuliia Castracane is an internationally shaped healthcare professional whose journey reflects discipline, reinvention, and lifelong learning. With a presence that reflects timeless elegance and clinical precision, Iuliia Castracane embodies the balance between medicine and beauty.

   Born in Russia, shaped by Ukrainian heritage, and refined through years in Italy before establishing her career in the United States, Iuliia carries a multicultural perspective grounded in structure, resilience, and appreciation for both science and aesthetics.

   Her academic foundation began in computer science engineering, where she developed systems-based thinking and analytical precision. After immigrating to the United States, she redirected her path toward healthcare — advancing into acute and critical care nursing within New York’s Capital Region. Years of hospital practice cultivated clinical vigilance, ethical responsibility, and high-level procedural skill.

   Alongside her nursing credentials, Iuliia holds multiple certifications and training in skin science, facial anatomy, and aesthetic technique. Recognizing the importance of advanced, structured aesthetic education, she pursued continuing professional development through the Academy of Facial Aesthetics, where she expanded her expertise in facial assessment, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and evidence-based aesthetic protocols.

Her commitment to education is ongoing. 

   She is currently advancing her graduate nursing education at Russell Sage College, expanding her scope toward advanced practice while leading ITS WorkSpace — a medically supervised aesthetic initiative built on structure, safety, and subtle refinement.
